Background
Eighteen years in hospitality. Every level of the floor, every level of the building. I've opened hotels, run members' clubs, built wine lists that didn't exist before I made them, and trained floors that had never sold agave spirits to rooms full of people who'd never ordered one. At Mírame in Beverly Hills, I created LA's first all-Mexican wine list and served as steward of one of the city's most extensive agave libraries — a 100+ expression collection I helped curate, expand, and bring to life on the floor. At TableOne Hospitality / Mina Group, I worked across 14+ F&B outlets through six multi-property openings. The through-line in all of it: programs that gave guests something to talk about on the way out — and gave teams something to be proud of while they were serving it.
